I opened the conversation through an exploration of the human field. The space where our biology, energy, emotions, environment, relationships, and consciousness intersect.

My workshop invited participants to consider the human body not simply as a physical system, but as an interconnected and dynamic field. Earth is an extension of our consciousness.

The foundation of wellbeing begins with connection - to ourselves, to one another, and to something greater.
